Cramps but no AF
I’ve been having pains in my uterus area for 2 weeks. It’s a constant discomfort and occasionally throughout the day I’ll get sharp pains. With periods I mainly have lower back pain, so this is odd because it’s all in my front! I haven’t had a period since August but every pregnancy test is negative. Any advise?!?! I’m going nuts!!
