any moms have a short labor with your first baby? where you already dilated?

Yes. I was 2 cm 38-40 wks. Had a dr appt on a Monday morning at 40+2 and was still 2 cm - went into labor at 2am that night and was holding a baby by 7am. Natural labor and delivery.
