Menstrual cup HELP

I switched to diva cup earlier in the year. Everything was ok and now suddenly it leaks no matter what I do or what stage of my cycle I'm in. I'm severely annoyed because tampons hurt and pads give me rashes.

Is this something that's happened to you too? I'm so confused by it. Every time over the years that I tried tampons they would "leak" as in .. I'd put one in and soon after the string would be wet so I'd pull it out and it would be fucking dry ... like this blood only trickled out one side or something. Now the cup is doing the same thing... it's not full but when I wipe there's blood. I'm so frustrated and idk what to do as far as options to use during my period anymore. If anyone has advice I'd appreciate.
