2 days before AF

Took a test 2 nights ago.. BFN. Woke up yesterday morning and felt terrible like maybe I was coming down with the flu. Still the same today. Sore throat, ears hurt, chills on and off, and aching all over. I've had serious back pain which is unusual and I've noticed if I don't eat around 11 or so in the morning I get very nauseated and shaky even if I have eaten breakfast which is unusual for me too. Any one else have similar experiences and get a BFP?
