Yeast infection while ovulating?

Hey! I just have a question. I just got done ovulating and I just noticed I'm getting a yeast infection. Do you think this will affect my chances of conceiving, especially if I take medicine to help it. Thank you!

My bf and I have been trying to conceive for 6 months. Last month I got a yeast infection 3 days before I was supposed to ovulate so my bf and I couldn't bd. I assumed there was no chance. Anyways turns out I was wrong and I am pregnant!

So I was having symptoms of a yeast infection and I went to the store to buy some Monistat. Next to the yeast infection treatments we’re pregnancy tests so I bought one for when I would need it. My period wasn’t “late” yet. So I went home and took the test (couldn’t help it) and to my surprise it was positive. I’m now 25 weeks. Just saying could be a early pregnancy symptom
