Please help skin problems

Should I get help i should my mom and she don’t know what to do or say do i have like some sort of skin cancer please help- I don’t tan or anything where I live it’s cold rn and hardly sunny if it is I wear regular t shirts I always used dove soap for years I lostion with jergens lotion
