Hellppp😩😭

I am now 13 weeks and have been having ear infections since 8 weeks pregnant the pain is so crucial and nothing seems to work the antibiotic ear drops works but soon I stop after the 10days it’s back the next day and even worse then before , Has anyone experienced this problem during pregnancy and how did you resolve it or is there any suggestions, please help been to ER about 5times in tears because of m in so much pain and my doctor just keep saying “ it’s and ear infection” but he cant give me anything else besides what I have because I’m pregnant
