UGH I need to vent!!!!!

I've been struggling with my passive aggressiveness that my boyfriend says I have...

He gets me so mad! we live together but we don't really hang out together he gets home from work and then I get home, he gets on his phone or tablet and starts playing his stupid Clash of Clans game or this golfing one and kind of ignores me. So I asked him let's do something this weekend where it's just the two of us, so we planned to go up to his family's cabin in the mountains and we would go look at the leaf changing colors and walk the town then a pumpkin patch and maybe even a corn maze! Well we went up and he proceeded to get drunk (I drank a few glasses of wine but not enough to get) me drunk). The next day he is hungover so he slept in till freaking noon!!! We didn't really get to do anything except look at the leaves... I'm just so mad that every time we plan to do something he drinks then sleeps in so practically the whole day is wasted and we end up doing nothing!!

THEEENNNNN!! To top it all off I wanted to have sex and he didn't his response was I'm to tired and have work in the morning... um how the hell are you so damn tired you slept the whole day away fool!!
