TMI no pictures. Just need a rant

I had loads come out for a couple of days and didn't want to test until af was due! 

I went into hospital for something to do with my throat and was In for a couple of nights. When I came out I had recieved a lovely message saying that my fiancé had cheated on me whilst I was in and she sent me the proof that they met up. This broke my heart as you could imagine! It's safe to say that we are finished. I'm 1 week late for af but have had 2 tests with a very very faint line but yesterday got a negative. My boobs are hard and sore, I'm super tired and all I want to eat is bananas. I'm so confused :( he has blocked me on everything so I cannot phi socially contact him as he said he doesn't want to know if I'm pregnant because in his head 'I got what I wanted'. I've never been this desperate for a straight answer on a test!!!
