Hot to touch

I'm 14 DPO but not testing because I had a CP last month. Of course however I'm symptom spotting like crazy. Anyone else feel really hot/ flushed very early in pregnancy. My face feels hot like a sunburn on top of my gassiness/burps and dizziness. Anyone have a flushed feeling early on?
