First cycle TTC with IUI

We have been trying for 16 months with no success. We are both healthy. I ovulate every month. We’ve tried PreSeed. Tried laying with my hips up. Tried all that we could.

Last Friday, my husband and I met with a Reproductive Endocrinologist and Infertility Specialist. We are so happy we found her! She was amazing!

We discussed trying clomid and then attempting the IUI. I’m waiting to start my period, which should be any day now, and have a vaginal ultrasound around CD3, to start clomid for 5 days to pinpoint my ovulation and then proceed with the IUI.

I’m very hopeful that this will answer our prayers! This doctor made us feel so comfortable and answered every question we had. Dr. Hughes even believes this could be our month! I pray she is right!
