I think I’m pregnant

So my period was due on 10/7, but my first period after my d&c; was only 2 days long so how would my Tracker really guess when it was coming. Anyway I tested 2 days ago and was getting negative regulars. I’m having extreme bloating , nauseous for a couple seconds here and there. dreams , cramping here and there, but today I look like this. My stomach looked like this last time I was pregnant. Could I just of implanted and ovulated later and it’s too early to test ? Do I look very early pregnant ladies ?
