Is it true that some women who get pregnant after their 1st baby just know that they are pregnant? My fiancé and I are ttc and I haven't had my period in over a month now and I've taken 4 tests which all came out negative with my first baby (who's now 6 months old) o didn't know I was pregnant till about 7 weeks 2 days.
