Should I call my OB or am I just panicking?

Hi ladies, 30w FTM here. I’ve had a slight cold since Saturday so I haven’t been feeling fantastic but I just got to work and am suddenly feeling very dizzy, nauseous, and warm. Should I be concerned and call my ob or can I stay working today? Are these normal 30 week symptoms? 
Should also mention I have anxiety and worry easily 😓

If you have a cold, that would explain why you feel yucky. Rest and drink a lot and see how you feel.

I would run to a drug store and get a thermometer. Test your temperature and call your OB to check in with them about your symptoms. Could just be a cold in which case try to get plenty of fluids and rest! And if you do have a temperature, go home! You don't want to feel like that st work all day and you don't want to get anyone else sick either! Feel better!

I'd take the day off of work. Sleep and drink plenty of fluids. Then call them if that doesn't help.

You can possibly take a nice warm bath and relax you are allowed Tylenol , I'm 17 weeks and I felt that way for 2 days straight

Passed out and ended up at the hospital. Had super low blood sugar and a massive uti. On my way to pick up antibiotics then going home to rest. Thanks ladies. Fluids and rest is what doc says I need more of.
