Cramps after sex!?

I just had sex with my husband, I’m 30 weeks and I am experiencing the worst cramps and back pain ever! Our LO is moving around tons right now. But seriously I feel like I’m going to die. My tum is so tight and crampy. The pain in my back feels like thousands of needles jabbing in my skin. Wahhhhhh

I went through pain exactly as your describing. Def call your doctor and talk about it. But I used a heating pad laid on my left side and put a cold wash cloth over the top of my bump. With a pillow between my legs and them not even one (the top one off a little to the back). I also paid almost in a fetal position. To get the heating pad to stay if I could feel it in the right spot I'd have it under me if not my Master would lay against my back to hold it in place. My sex drive never slowed down and as the pregnancy got further along the tightening and pains cramps got worse after sex. I kept thinking I was going to go in labor. There were also nights that I made him go for walks with me. Those all helped for me. But talk to your doctor too. They might want you to make some changes. We had to never had to stop completely but we had to make changes. Good luck feel better, bless you and your sweet bundle that's so close to being in your arms.

I get pretty strong contractions every time I have sex that started at 20 weeks. If it’s a constant cramping or feels like contractions, make sure you time them. More than 8 in one hour is definitely a doctors visit!
