A week before period, what is this discharge ?

Normal discharge: clear or white in color, no bad smell, and watery/mucous-y/egg white texture.
Abnormal discharge: yellow or green in color, bad smelling, and can be a cottage cheese like or thick texture. 
Clear discharge usually means fertile. So it's most common during ovulation. White discharge means infertile and so is most common before/after your period. 
Yours looks normal. So as long as it doesn't smell bad - it's fine.
