One more tampon for me to lose my fu*%#ng mind

Since I got my first depo shot and then started my period. It's lasted 10 days now and I know to some thats not such a long time but for me it's ridiculously frustrating. I'm cramping constantly, moody, irritable and just feel disgusting all the time. I also cry and cry hearing people stories about how their first period after depo lasted months. Honestly I can't handle one more week of this, I can't imagine months. 😭😭 I don't know what to do so that I don't snap!

DID ANYONE NOT BLEED FOR MONTHS!
