Trying to conceive with PCOS (maybe...)

I have symptoms of PCOS and my mother has PCOS. I can’t get my gyno to confirm if I do or not. Any tips of conceiving with PCOS? I’m sure whatever anyone suggests will work even if I don’t have PCOS.
