(TMI?)Discharge and pain before period?

So ladies today I got extremely worried- it's my cycle day 28, but my period usually starts on day 35(have been like that for years). Anyways, i have had a pain in my clitoris region for a week now (totally different than cramps before period) and it is getting stronger + today I have light brown discharge, kinda like spotting but not really. What that could be? Also this month I have been (untypically for me) breaking out on my jawline quite a lot.
