Update!

After being diagnosed with pcos 2 months ago my Obgyn suggest I get on birth control to balance out my hormones and the ovarian cyst. Then they would do another ultrasound in 2 months. Well I use the nuvaring for a month and stopped it afterwards and had my ultrasound last Monday. They did detect that I ovulated on my right ovary and that my uterine lining is thick. (Cycle day 20) I also got tested for FH/FSH on cycle day 20 hopefully today the call me back with results. Has anyone seen signs of ovulation and gotten pregnant or didn’t or thick uterine lining I’m hoping these are signs I conceived. Or is this common for cycle day 20? They said on the ultrasound they saw were the egg has burst from in my ovary that ovary was also enlarged
