Nervous...

So I’m 7 weeks and 1 day. I have my first ultrasound later today... and yesterday I got results from a Pap smear that showed I had some abnormal cells and we needed to do a biopsy. Then the nurse looked back at my file and said actually we won’t due to you being pregnant we will have to continue after you give birth. I’m so stressed out since yesterday I was cramping so bad yesterday and that was my first day. Today my morning sickness is the worst it has been and I just can’t calm down. Any advice?? I’m so nervous for the ultrasound and everything. I can’t take any more bad news.
