Any RNs here with tattoos in open places?

Question

I’m getting my first tattoo this weekend on my wrist and I was just wondering if there were any RNs on here that have tattoos where they can be seen and if they have had any problems at a place of work because of it? I’m going to college to become an RN myself but I’m so worried about getting tattoos in open places but I just really want this wrist tattoo. I don’t want it to be a problem though because I know some places are super iffy about tattoos being all out in the open

I think it depends on the area and hospital/school. I know when I was in school NO tattoos were allowed to show. But at work a lot of my coworkers have tattoos and administration says to cover them but no one does... Not sure that's really much help but good luck

I think it depends on where you work. Im a CNA and where I work the nurses and CNAs have visible tattoos and no one really says anything. At the hospital in my area I see tons on tattooed nurses, PCT'S..etc

I have a friend who's kinda a nurse , she works at a blood donation place . She has a wrist tattoo and they made her cover it up with a watch. 
I'm a contractor , and do a lot of work in hospitals and being that I'm a tattooed person I seem to notice others, and I see exposed tattoos all the time . Not necessarily on nurses it's hard to tell who's who bc almost everyone wears scrubs lol  I also have a wrist tattoo and was nervous about it as well, but a simple sweatband or chunky bangle covers it well when necessary :)
