plz help advice ideas

I have had this rash for a few days it completely went away yesterday then came back today. it is under both my boobs. it burns and it itches also is very red and skin is peeling and has tiny blisters.. I never had this happen to me before I am freaking out. I do have a doc appointment Monday for it
