Weird baby movements ??

Hello! I am 33+3 
When my baby girl moves and I feel her with my hand it sometimes feels she is pulling her self apart or like breaking her on bones? I know it sounds crazy! And I don't believe that's what going on but it feels so awful when I feel her with my hands. I have never noticed it from just feeling her kick from the inside only when I feel with my hand. Anyone els having this? Or had?

Babies are wiggling around in there and go into all weird positions, the feet can go above the head!  The more further along in pregnancy the larger the movements are and more noticeable for mum

There are some incredibly weird feeling and painful movements as they get bigger, where you're like 'that can't possibly be normal' but the vast majority of the time it is. I have had times where I swear she's ripping herself to shreds or about to rip me to shreds  but we're both still doing great (38w4d)
