Eczema help

Hi everyone 👋🏻

For anyone who's babies have eczema what do you do to help prevent flare ups? We've seen a dermatologist and am going again for a follow up visit. We were given a steroid cream and it helped clear it up initially, but its been getting worse recently.

I lotion baby multiple times daily, keep his nails trimmed (so he can't scratch too hard), use the steroid cream as directed, oatmeal baths, coconut oil, etc.

Just want to see what everyone does for their kids that helps. Any advice would be great. Thanks. 😊
