Hypothyroidism / underactive thyroid!!

Hi :)

I know I need to speak to my doctor about this but it is currently 11pm and they arent open! Lol

So I have underactive thyroid was diagnosed about a year or so ago now and my meds’ are never right!!

My most recent bloods have come back abnormal, with normal but on the low side T4 by quite a high TSH results

Anyone else suffer? Understand the meaning of results? Find any natural vitamins help on top of the hormone tablets? This just seems it’ll never me level :(
