Dose this happen to you

I've never had an orgasm and me and my SO have been trying lately. But I've got a problem when ever he tries to simulate my clit during foreplay or sex I absolutely cannot stand it I can't stay still and my immediate reaction is to move away. It's not painful. Maybe ticklish is the best way I could put it is that normal for anybody else or just me and how would I even fix that haha
