what to expect from aunt flow PP
hello, we are currently a little over 10 months pp with no AF. However I have noticed the past two days both nipples have started to be sore during nursing. I googled and it said this could be a sign of AF returning. what were some of your signs PP? should I anticipate the worst period of my life? I would be lying if I didn't say I am nervous lol
