8 weeks today now spotting

I had my ultrasound when I was 6w5d and they saw a strong heartbeat. I did show a cyst on both ovaries, left bigger than right and a small amount of blood pooling. the ultrasound tech said I could expect some bleeding. I never thought much of it but now it's a 9 days later and I started spotting after having an intense cramp, like one that had me stop and rest while I was walking. I only started spotting this morning and it's not enough to really mark a pad but is brownish pink when I wipe. I had a miscarriage in May at 7 weeks so I'm a little worried. I plan on calling my doctor if it doesn't ease up but I know they'll just say to go to the ER since it's the weekend. What do you guys think?
