❗️Help Please Anyone❗️TMI❗️

These spots are really embarrassing and i thought that if i would stop shaving they would disappear,but they never do. Could this be anything? Is it a sign of a STD?or infection?(I have been sexually active) Sometimes it feels weird down there but its never burning or itching, it kinda has a funk but rarely smells that way and somedays when my underwear rubs where the spots are,it begins to itch but only for a few seconds which I think is normal. Any advice or any thoughts would be helpful since I can't speak to a doctor or tell my parents.
