Chemical with no bleeding

Doctors confirmed on Thursday I was having an early miscarriage (chemical pregnancy) but I've had no bleeding just a lot of EWCM and cramps I'm very confused as he said I'd start bleeding in the next couple of days has this happened to anyone else should I go back to my doctor?
