10 weeks and no symptoms

Our next ultrasound is on Halloween- so only another 2ww. I went from a few symptoms around weeks 5-8. And now I have none. If I wasn't so worried I'd take this as a blessing.

Anyone lose symptoms and literally have none? Is this normal?

Side note. We found out this weekend we are having a baby girl. I dreamt she was a girl 3 times the night before we found out. Prior to that we ONLY thought boy and we're only told boy by others. So crazy. So blessed.
