My period is late

My period is late for like 2 weeks it was supposed to start like in the first of this month. I have heavy cm it goes through my underwear and pants. These past few days though I've had weird dried up cm, its either dark green or yellow or like gray.Today my underwear was kinda orange so I put a pad on but nothing came out except cm. I've never had sex, and I'm not stressed out. Is it cause I only sleep 4-6 hours a night. This has never been a issue, sometimes my period will be late for 2-3 days never weeks. Is this normal? How do I get my period to start again, like a diet or something.
