I get so anxious and highly emotional when due on. I have nightmares also . Anyone have tips for natural ways of getting through this? The dr recommends anti depressants , but I'm only like this the week before I'm on. I do yoga and meditation ... but does anyone know of what more I can try? It gets so bad .
