Pads overnight
I wear a pad overnight and a tampon regularly, but as my period is tapering off I wear a pad during the day since I'd rather not take it a dry tampon if I'm only spotting. Sensor times when I wear a pad at night it will be completely clean in the morning and I can't help but wonder if it's ok to just continue wearing the same pad during the day. I've never done this but it always seems so convenient since I'm sooo lazy lol
