How long after your cervix began thinning did you go into labor?

I know you still have to dilate and it’s different for everyone so please don’t comment stating the obvious! Thank you lol I just would like to see everyone’s answers

With my first i wasn't dilated or effaced at all before i went into labour... i was checked a day or two (it was 4 years ago so i forget) before and they told me i'd go overdue

I was 3cm and 80% effaced for 3 weeks 😑

I went into preterm labor at 30 weeks so I was 2 cm and 50%. I was out on pelvic rest for 6 weeks and stayed that way the whole time.  Then at 37 weeks I was 3cm 50% for 2 weeks then 5cm 80% at my 39 week check and had baby that day(39w1d).
