Help me .... Pain

It’s hard to describe but below my stomach but above where my hair to my vag starts in that area I have pain when walking pain when turning in bed An pant when standing up try to step into my pants my doctor keeps saying it’s just growing pains but this pain hurt to the point I’m crying and I honestly feel that something isn’t right because before all this I pulled something in that area on my left an over time it’s gotten worse to this point but they continue you to tell me nothing they can do An I don’t know what to do
