*TRIGGER* *SIDS*
Ok, so don't lynch me here, I'm just genuinely confused. As a whole, I was under the impression that Sudden Infant Death Syndrome was when an infant passed and no cause through investigation or autopsy could be determined. So when a child rolls onto a blanket and smothers, slips down in a swing and suffocates, or over heats in a swaddle, isn't it exactly that? I know people claim "this bumper cover increases chances of SIDS" but in reality wouldn't it just be "it increases suffocation risks"? Thank you everyone in advance for your input.
