Genital warts or just bumps?

I have bumps that appear after shaving down there (no, not normal razor bumps) they’re like skin colored and stay around. My first gut reaction is that they’re warts but I’m not sure how I could have genital warts. I’ve been dating my boyfriend for 3 years and we started in high school and we’re both the only sexual partner the other has been with. I have a wart on my hand that I’ve had since like middle school so I know I already have some sort of strain of HPV I guess but I’m just hoping that they aren’t genital warts. Has anyone had little almost skin tag/wart-y bumps pop up after shaving down there?
