is it sexual harassment ?

With the #metoo going around the world. Last night in my sleep, i had a flashback of the time when a man in the subway touched my lower back and my ass practicall while i was sitting next to him (there were no other sits). My stupid selffroze at that instant, which is why i didn't say anything. Also he was drunk (in the middle of the day) so i thought that he didnt know what he was doing but he touched me for a good minute and I was frozen in place. So i was wondering if that was sexual harassement or anything else? It's been a year and I have never mentioned it before.
