Myo-Inositol
for pcos???

Question

Has anyone tried this?  did it help regulate you and start ovulation?  i just ordered Myo-Inositol and ovaboost.  i am going to try this for a month or 2 before going back to the fertility drs.  i have pcos!!  we are taking a small break.  we hope this will work for us!  wayyyy cheaper than the iui thats next on my list 😂😯😬

My doctor recommended ovasitol for me which is a balance ratio of inositol. I am looking forward to start using it. So yes it will help

i have been only been taking it for a week or so and yesterday all day on and off i had what felt like ovulation pain all day and a little today and i am pretty sure i had fertil cm also???  im not 100% sure i did ovulate but these pills are awesome!!!  something is def going on.  im also breaking out like if i do ovulate..,we shall see!!

I was diagnosed with PCOS at 18 (29 now) and two month ago I started myo inositol and on the 7th Oct I had the first af in over a year. Im pretty sure I ov and on 7dpo atm. I would highly recommend myo inositol. I know it wont work fir everyone but it seems a lot of people have good things to say.
