What do you do when AF arrives that you don’t do the rest of the month while TCC?
Yesterday AF arrives and I was kind of devastated
And today I said SCREW IT I’m having my coffee! Maybe I’ll even have wine tonight!
Does anyone do this to?????? Or do you stay strong with all the rules for promoting your fertility???
