could I be pregnant??

So ladies......my AF was a week late and I had symptoms that could indicate a pregnancy so I took a test. It was negative and later that day I started spotting. My AF never starts like that. The next two days there was heavy bleeding and then this morning there's basically nothing. My AF is never like this. Then this morning I was just sitting and felt sick but didn't think much of it. Next thing I knew I was running to the bathroom!! Idk what is going on. Could I be pregnant?? Should I take another test in a few days??? My husband and I are ttc baby #1
