Extremely discouraged...

Three weeks and two days late. Went to the doctor when I was 8 days late and had a negative urine test and my progesterone levels were at 2.9. Two weeks later I go to the doctor and my urine pregnancy test is negative again! I'm so heartbroken.

I'm fearful because he wants to give me medication that forces a period right away so that I can start my third round of clomid. I'm hesitant because I still believe there is a chance I could be pregnant. Is that my mind playing tricks on me? Has anyone else experienced something similar?
