A bit confused! Help!!

I am a little confused. I have only been TTC  for 2 months now. Been off BC since the end of April. My AF was 6/1-6/5. On CD18. But my fertile window according to this app has passed but I think I am having ovulation signs for the past 3 days. My breast have had a tingling sensation in them and seem fuller to me. And small amounts of cramping. Are these truly ovulation signs or could they be early pregnancy signs. AF ISNT DUE UNTIL THE 30th so it is too early to take a pregnancy test. I dont use ovulation tests either. Any insight would be helpful. This is my first planned pregnancy, two older kids were not planned at all so I am new at this. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.
