Breast pain that hurts so bad

Ladies my boobs have been hurting so bad these last few days I’m 5 days late on my period...I mean I was just rubbing my boobs to soothe some of the pain that shit hurt so bad I wanted to throw up...and I have been having horrible ass backaches and some slight stomach pain and some pain in my uterus...it’s like my normal pms symptoms are on crack and have escalated times 30...has this happened to y’all before...? Did y’all end up being pregnant...?

UPDATE:so I had spotting this morning but I still the pain...idk you guys...I’m praying I’m pregnant though...😞🤞🏼👶🏻👶🏽
