maybe maybe not

Ok so I was suppose to have gotten af tomorrow but instead the last 3 days I've had spotting that is almost black but super light it's stopped now but there's times I feel like someone is stabbing me. Everyone around me claims in pregnant but at the same time I wonder if it's possible for me I'm considering getting a test but I'm honestly terrified about the heart break if it's negative. Basically does anyone else possibly think I could be pregnant before I get a test tomorrow.
