Front Lower Sharp Pains!?

I'm having a constant sharp pain in my front left side, I can't even lay on that side... I'm 7 weeks pregnant.... is this a bad sign?

If it' sharp baby could be in wrong place lv. Get it checked out. They scanned me because I had pain in right hip Nd right side Nd right side of back. Better to get checked to put your mind at rest. X
