Contractions start then stop.

I am 32 weeks (33 in 2 days) and I went into preterm labor at 31+6 and they stopped the contractions but I’ve been having them since again. But it’s weird, they’ll be super close and consistent (1&1/2-2 minuets lasting 45-55 seconds each) and they’re moderately painful and they’ll happen for about 2-3 hours then they just stop. Like they don’t gradually stop they just randomly stop. I’m not dehydrated and nothing helps them. Does anyone know wtf Is happening??
