hypothyroidism and ttc

I'm not sure if I should be happy or sad. We have been ttc since June. I have hypothyroidism, it has been out of control since I had the gastric sleeve surgery last June. I thought we finally had my levels under control. I had a blood check yesterday. My level should be between 1 and 4 ideally 1 and 2 for pregnancy. It was 15. My husband and I have been losing hope but now I at least know why it isn't happening for us. Time to refocus with my doctor and make a new plan. has anyone had luck conceiving after hypothyroidism? what helped your levels even out?
